Bain: “This Is Serious When You See This Happens”
COI Leader Lincoln Bain telling reporters following the advanced poll last week Thursday, ballot boxes were supposed to remain at the Parliamentary Registration Department (PRD) where they anticipated they would get to inspect the boxes, so that a green light could be given for them to remain at PRD. His remarks were made outside of PRD tonight as supporters from both parties gathered.
