Blow Mano Blow Celebrates Independence With Mighty Sparrow Tribute
Mas band Blow Mano Blow celebrated Independence Day with the official launch of its 2027 Carnival presentation, a vibrant tribute to calypso legend Slinger Francisco, The Mighty Sparrow.
Hosted at the Queen’s Hall Garden Theatre in St Ann’s on Sunday, the launch featured live performances, a spectacular reveal of the band’s Carnival Monday costumes, and a theatrical production that brought Sparrow’s music to life through storytelling, drama, music and mas.
