BORDELAIS CORRECTIONAL FACILITY OPENS IMPROVED MEDICAL UNIT
Healthcare at the Bordelais Correctional Facility has received a major upgrade with the opening of an improved medical unit. The facility includes a nurses’ station, dental unit, treatment room, asthma unit and two consultation rooms, with officials saying the investment will improve access to care for inmates while reducing the need for hospital transfers.
