BPL Outage Update
Bahamas Power and Light Energy Supply Director saying that a lightning strike at the Blue Hills Power Station led to an explosion at the power station, creating a disruption on the network and interrupting power supply to multiple areas across New Providence.
Now that it is safe to do so, restoration efforts are now underway.
