A grieving family is demanding answers after 24-year-old Joy St. Omer was fatally gunned down in a cold-blooded, in Marigot on Wednesday, May 20.
The Au Tabor, Anse La Raye resident, a mother of a two-year-old, was killed after her vehicle was forced to a stop.
