CONCRETE VISION [23RD JUNE 2026] – Gros Islet Parliamentary Representative Kenson Casimir is defending his administration’s development agenda, rejecting claims that progress within the constituency is focused solely on physical infrastructure. Speaking on the issue, Casimir argued that investments in roads, public facilities, and other long-neglected infrastructure projects form part of a broader vision that also promotes social and human development. While some critics have called for greater emphasis on wider community outcomes, the minister maintains that infrastructure improvements ultimately deliver lasting social and economic benefits for residents.
