CASTRIES ARCADE VENDORS RECEIVE EX-GRATIA PAYMENTS AFTER REDEVELOPMENT
Vendors displaced by the redevelopment of the Castries vendors arcade have received their ex-gratia payments.
The Philip J. Pierre administration had pledged financial relief after their livelihoods took a hit.
That promise was fulfilled Tuesday morning.
