CDB and Saint Lucia Sign $5.7M Financing Agreements for WASCO System Upgrades.(July 24th 2025)
The Caribbean Development Fund has signed nearly $5.7 million in agreements with the Government of Saint Lucia and WASCO to enhance on-island water treatment and supply.
The projects will focus on upgrading the Theobalds and Pasius water systems to improve water quality and access across the country.
