Celebrity Chef Marcus Samuelsson
As part of the fifth anniversary celebration of Marcus Fish + Chop House at Baha Mar, Chef Marcus Samuelsson welcomed acclaimed Caribbean chefs Paul Carmichael of Barbados and Tristen Epps-Long of Trinidad for a special culinary experience with students at The Kitchen.
Students entering the tenth grade from C.C. Sweeting Senior High School, Anatol Rodgers High School, and Greenville Preparatory Academy had the opportunity to hear from the chefs, ask questions, and gain hands-on experience preparing dishes alongside them.
