Chinese Embassy Donates $20K to Public Parks and Beaches Authority
The Chinese Embassy has donated $20,000 USD to the Bahamas Public Parks and Public Beaches Authority, marking the first step in a new partnership between the two entities. Chinese Ambassador Her Excellency Yan Jiarong said she hopes the contribution will pave the way for continued collaboration and future initiatives.
Meanwhile, Chairman of the Bahamas Public Parks and Public Beaches Authority Jamahl Strachan thanked the embassy for its donation, noting that the longstanding relationship between The Bahamas and the People’s Republic of China has been built on mutual respect and cultural exchange.
