Demolishment Begins In Montgomery Shantytown
Demolitions began this morning at the Montgomery Shantytown, nearly a year after eviction notices were issued last August. According to Supt. Stephen Carey, Chairman of the Unregulated Community Action Task Force (UCATF), there are currently 67 structures in the community, with 64 expected to be demolished today.
