EDUCATION PARTNERS WITH NESC TO EXPAND SKILLS TRAINING
A dynamic new partnership is set to transform the island’s labor market through enhanced technical education and workforce preparation. The Division of Education, Skills and Innovation (DESI) of the Tobago House of Assembly officially joined forces with the National Energy Skills Center (NESC) by signing a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MOU).
