For many rural communities access to clean water bis a daily struggle but for residents in Enfield St Mary, their fear is not the lack of the commodity, it’s the safety of the water they already have.
There are alarms over the condition of a water catchment system that supplies portable water to residents.
Residents say the facility is left open and exposed creating the risk of contamination and putting the help of scores of people in danger.
