First Responders Recovering Body Spotted In Water This Morning
First responders are currently at a beach in Goodwood, Tobago, working to retrieve a body spotted floating in the water earlier this morning.
The body is believed to be that of two year old Angelo Tobias, who was reported missing on Monday night.
