Fitzgerald made the comments while addressing the Outbound Summit USA at the Hilton Hotel in Midtown, New York City, on Friday Morning.
The summit is an exclusive gathering designed for investors, entrepreneurs, and professionals across finance, immigration, wealth management, consulting, legal, and real estate.
The Economic Affairs Minister told attendees that there is no personal income tax, no general corporate income tax, no capital gains tax, no inheritance tax, no gift tax, and no wealth tax in the country, a point that drew applause from the room.
