Fred Mitchell Sworn In As Minister of Foreign Affairs
Fox Hill MP-elect Fred Mitchell is returning to his post as Foreign Affairs Minister. During a brief ceremony, Mitchell was sworn in and received his instruments of appointment by Governor General Her Excellency Cynthia A. Pratt on Friday morning at Government House.
