GB Police Hopeful Tips Can Help Solve Repairman’s Murder

Grand Bahama police have released two men they were questioning in connection with a fatal shooting in Grand Bahama’s Hunter’s community.
The deadly June 5th incident that happened outside a local business, took the life of 44-year-old Stafford Ferguson.
Investigators believe that Ferguson was walking toward his car when he was approached by a gunman who opened fire before fleeing the area.
He was rushed to the hospital where he later died.
Police had initially announced they had taken two 34-year-old men into custody.
During a press briefing today, officer in charge of the Northern Bahamas’ Criminal Investigation Department Superintendent Nicholas Johnson revealed the pair had been released.
