For some university students, an unexpected financial setback can mean the difference between finishing a degree and dropping out. Education Minister Kenson Casimir says the government’s new UNI PASS Grant is designed to close that gap, while a separate scholarship programme is targeting a longer-term goal—having at least one university graduate in every Saint Lucian household.
