JLP: Defamation Lawsuit a Teaching Moment for What is Said on Political Platform | TVJ News
The JLP says the Opposition should use the recent defamation lawsuit against PNP General Secretary Dr. Dayton Campbell as a teaching moment.
The matter was resolved ahead of trial last week and included Dr. Campbell making a public apology. The lawsuit was filed by JLP MP Daryl Vaz in August 2023 over comments Dr. Campbell made during the PNP’s Clarendon North Western Annual Conference the previous month.
