Jamaican real estate developer Kemtek is expanding its footprint in the property market.
The family-operated company has officially opened a new 90,000-square-foot corporate complex in St Andrew.
The six-storey building will house the company’s corporate headquarters, while five floors have been earmarked for leasing.
