Labour Minister:”We Do Understand That Persons Have Obligations”
Responding to questions about government workers seeking employment outside the public service, Labour Minister Pia Glover-Rolle said while the government hates to lose workers, it understands when salaries no longer meet their needs. She said efforts are underway to improve pay while continuing to invest in training and education for public servants.
