“My Aunt Does Not Own a Dog”
Charlton Morley, nephew of Rachel Morley, says justice for his aunt would mean seeing all charges against her dropped, as her family says she suffers from dementia and Alzheimer’s disease.
Morley appeared before the Magistrate’s Court on South Street in connection with charges related to the September 9 dog attack that left 3-year-old Skyla Lightbourne injured.
Charlton said his aunt does not own a dog and, while he believes the matter should not have gone this far, he is glad the court is allowing her time to present her medical records.
