Opening ceremony of the medical unit at the Bordelais Correctional Facility
The Ministry of Health, Wellness and Nutrition commitment to ensure that timely and appropriate healthcare services are made available to all regardless of their circumstances was achieved following the recent official opening of the improved medical unit at the Bordelais Correctional Facility. The newly improved medical unit will provide inmates with the opportunity to receive timely routine and urgent medical servicessuch as dermatology, sexual and reproductive health, gynecology, mental health, dental health, among others.
