Owner and Witnesses Speak Out After BPL Transformer Explodes
Bystanders recalled the moments a BPL transformer went up in smoke outside Grace’s Funeral Home.
Proprietor Melanie Archer-Johnson said the transformer has been a longstanding concern. She also said that businesses in the area have repeatedly contacted BPL about relocating the transformer, but claims they have received no response.
