The Prime Minister says plans are far advanced for residents who lost their homes in the seaside St. Elizabeth community of Parottee to be relocated to the nearby Luana Housing Scheme.
As Krista Campbell explains, he says it’s part of a wider move to stop residents from building and living in vulnerable areas such as riverbanks and flood plains.
