With the Prime Minister expected to unveil plans for Grand Bahama’s development tonight, Opposition Leader Michael Pintard has challenged the government to show what has actually been accomplished. Pintard, who spoke to reporters outside the House of Assembly this morning, argued residents need more than announcements about projects that have been in the works for years.

The F.N.M. leader has also demanded specifics on progress, details on what remains to be done, and a timeline for when Grand Bahamians can expect to see results. He also questioned whether proposed changes to the Hawksbill Creek Agreement will move the island’s development forward.
