Prime Minister Philip J. Pierre has confirmed that Housing and Local Government Minister Richard Frederick is now on administrative leave while a review of the Saint Lucia Social Development Fund moves forward.
Prime Minister Pierre says the step is procedural, not an indication of wrongdoing, and is meant to keep the process free of political influence.
