POLICE AWAIT DPP'S OPINION ON TENISHA YARDE RODNEY BAY DEATH CASE
The investigation into the death of Tenisha Yarde has moved to the director of public prosecutions for legal advice on next steps.
The 28-year-old mother was struck by a minibus following an altercation in Rodney Bay.
Police commissioner Verne Garde confirmed the update after reporters pressed him on the case during this week’s police briefing.
