More than a decade after 22-year-old Shacadan Daniel was found dead in a Micoud cell in 2013, the Royal Saint Lucia police force has delivered its final findings.
Police brought in a forensic pathologist and DNA experts to support their conclusion, which they have ruled a suicide.
