A promise made in May has become a reality for Saint Lucians living with limb loss, with the Saint Lucia Prosthetic Centre officially opening at Tapion Hospital. Minister responsible for Persons with Disabilities Jeremiah Norbert says empowering people to embrace their disabilities and live fuller lives has always been his dream. The initiative received support from partners including Rotary Club Caribbean Plus, Montero Medical Missions, and Hope to Walk.
