Theobald To Lead Racing United FC In Jamaican Premier League
Former Defence Force FC head coach and T&T national footballer, Densil Theobald, will serve as head coach of Jamaican Premier League team Racing United FC for the upcoming season.
Having already overseen his first training session with the club, Theobald’s appointment was officially confirmed on Thursday via the club’s Instagram page.
Joining Theobald’s coaching staff are fellow countrymen Kevin Mussio, who will serve as goalkeeping coach, and trainer Franz Husbands.
The move sees the 2006 T&T FIFA World Cup squad member link up with T&T players Adriel George, Joshua Wilson and goalkeeper Aaron Enill, who won last season’s Golden Glove.
Racing United finished the Jamaica Premier League in sixth place last season.
