Westmoreland Ganja Farmers Move to Secure CLA Special Permit | TVJ News
There’s relief among ganja farmers in Orange Hill, Westmoreland, as scores of them began the process of obtaining their permits from the Cannabis Licensing Authority.
Though many are still sceptical about the process, the CLA says it is impressed with the feedback it has been getting from the farmers.
