More parking spots needed for the disabled

While acknowledging the need for more disabled parking spots, Minister of People Empowerment and Elder Affairs, Kirk Humphrey says there should be greater enforcement against those who park in these spaces. He raised the matter in Parliament during Debate on a Resolution on the National Policy for Improving the Lives of Persons with Disabilities.
