US-BASED CHEF ERIC VASSON RETURNS TO MENTOR LOCAL TVET STUDENTS
United States-based Chef and Saint Lucian native Eric Vasson is giving back to his homeland. The chef, whose career includes five-star kitchens and international stadiums, sharpened the skills of aspiring chefs at the TVET institute.
