For over 45 years, Saint Lucians have walked the halls of Cuban universities, and for the past 21 years, association has kept that diplomatic flame burning. As the Saint Lucia Cuba Friendship Association celebrated its 21st anniversary, leaders looked not just to the past, but to a unified Caribbean future with Cuba.
