Prime Minister Pierre noted that the core foundations of CARICOM are being tested by a rapidly shifting global landscape.
He argued that the true strength of the community lies in its collective ability to adapt to these new economic realities and tackle internal societal challenges together.
To achieve this, the new Chairman insists that regional policies must transition directly from high-level ministerial meetings straight into local neighborhoods.
