Children born to Jamaicans and other foreign nationals will continue to benefit from birthright citizenship in the United States.

This after the U.S. Supreme Court struck down President Donald Trump’s executive order to end birthright citizenship in the country.

On Tuesday, the Supreme Court struck down his executive order to end birthright citizenship.

According to CNN, U.S. Chief Justice John Roberts said, quote, « The framers of the Fourteenth Amendment extended that promise to ‘every free-born person in this land.’ We keep that promise today. » End quote.
