New Kingston FC Take Legal Action Against The JFF, Cavalier And Allman Woodford | TVJ Sports

Having failed to reach an agreement with the Jamaica Football Federation (JFF) and Cavalier Football Club, KSAFA outfit New Kingston FC has filed a claim against both parties, along with Allman Woodford, in the Supreme Court.
New Kingston FC is suing for damages, fraud, deceit, and unjust enrichment arising from the international transfer of Reggae Boy Richard King from Cavalier to Scottish Premiership club St. Mirren.
According to New Kingston FC’s attorney, Jerome Spencer, the claim was filed on Tuesday, July 28.
