Favourites Gaynstead High will play Denbigh High, while Norman Manley High will face Jose Marti High in Friday’s semi-finals of the INSPORTS Challenge Cup netball competition at the Leila Robinson Courts.
The matchups were confirmed following the final round of preliminary games.
The two previously unbeaten teams met in a top-of-the-table clash, with Gaynstead proving too strong for Norman Manley, winning 39-27.
The game was closely contested for much of the first half, with both teams trading points.
Gaynstead pulled away in the third quarter to lead 27-21 before outscoring Norman Manley 12-6 in the final quarter to seal a comfortable victory.
Gaynstead High coach Dalton Hinds now turns his attention to Friday’s semi-final against Winston Nevers-coached Denbigh High.
