In the United States, parents who fall behind on child support payments can face a swift travel ban, with the government revoking or denying their passports until their debts are cleared. Here in Trinidad and Tobago, while legal penalties do exist, child maintenance default remains a widespread issue for many families. Today, Tobago Updates took to the streets to ask the public if T&T should implement similar strict measures.
