School Supplies And Book Grant Payments Begin Wednesday
Payments under the 2026 School Supplies and Book Grant Initiative will begin on Wednesday, following the completion of final verification checks and the transition of the programme to the disbursement phase.
In a media release, the Education Ministry said successful applicants will receive an email confirming that their applications have been approved.
It added that beneficiaries who submitted banking information will receive further correspondence once funds have been deposited into their accounts.
Applicants receiving payments by cheque will be notified by email of their collection arrangements.
Applicants are also being encouraged to check their status at bookgrant.moe.gov.tt for updates on approvals and payment arrangements.
The Ministry said it is continuing to work with financial institutions to ensure the timely processing of payments to approved beneficiaries.
