Malick Secondary Marks 50 Years Of Shaping Young Lives

Malick Secondary School is marking 50 years of educating and shaping generations of young people, while looking ahead to the next chapter of its legacy. As part of the anniversary celebrations, the school is hosting a special 50th Anniversary Fundraising Dinner to raise support for several areas of the school’s development.
Daniel La Touche, former Head of the Technical/Vocational Department at Malick Secondary, and Acting Principal Mahadeo Jawahir join Virmala to reflect on the school’s five-decade history, its contribution to the wider community, the needs it is working to address and the importance of alumni, corporate and public support as it looks towards the next 50 years.
