As Saint Lucia observes International Day of Sign Languages, the Principal of the Lady Gordon Opportunities Centre is calling for greater respect, inclusion, and equal opportunities for the deaf community. The observance is being held under the theme “Declaring Deaf People’s Human Rights.”
