Prominent neurosurgeon and University Hospital of the West Indies (UHWI) Medical Chief of Staff Dr Carl Bruce has been found not guilty of assault charges.
Dr Bruce has been cleared of allegations that he attacked fellow neurosurgeon Dr Roger Hunter.
