Paying to use a public road that runs through a housing development!
That’s a proposal being considered by West Indies Home Contractors Limited, WIHCON, as it seeks approval to install gates at both ends of the Silver Sun housing development in St Catherine.
As Krista Campbell reports, the proposal would also see motorists and pedestrians given a set time to travel between the two gates.
