Councillor for the Hayes Division in Clarendon, Scean Barnswell, has applied to join the Supreme Court case involving Clarendon Mayor Joel Williams and Deputy Mayor Clivalee Mundle.
The application was filed on October 21, as the dispute over the Municipal Corporation’s leadership continues.
