Stephan Sterns, the boyfriend of Florida teen Maddie Soto's mom, has been charged in her murder nearly 8 weeks after she vanished. Maddie disappeared on February 25, shortly after photos showed her celebrating her 13th birthday with friends. Sterns also faces dozens of sex crimes charges. On Thursday, a New York appeals court overturned disgraced Hollywood producer Harvey Weinstein's 2020 rape conviction in the landmark #MeToo trial.
