A former school resource officer has accepted a plea deal after being accused of sexual misconduct with more than one student at a South Carolina high school. Jamel Bradley was caught with a student in a Target parking lot by a captain with the Richland County Sheriff’s Department in 2015. In 2018, another student claimed he picked her up at her home and drove to a private area before assaulting her. Bodycam footage shows Florida deputies confronting a 30-year-old woman accused of nodding off in traffic and hitting another vehicle on July 10. Leesburg authorities said Courtney Moore allegedly caused over $1500 in damages to another driver’s truck. The Florida woman was pulled over outside a McDonald’s before officers asked her to perform sobriety tests. Moore, struggling to keep her eyes open, obliged and told police she had “been up all night.” She was arrested and charged with careless driving and DUI. In December 2019, a 12-year-old boy was walking down a Des Moines street when he was plowed down by a person driving a Jeep Grand Cherokee. An hour later, a 14-year-old walking to a basketball game was hit by the same driver who was later identified as Nicole Poole Franklin.
