Amended Children’s Life Fund Act Delivers Critical Milestone For Young Beneficiary
A recent amendment to the Children’s Life Fund Act is allowing the Children’s Life Fund Authority to take a different approach to specialized medical treatment for children with life-limiting illnesses.
The Authority says, for the first time, an international specialist was brought to Trinidad and Tobago to assist with a specialized procedure, instead of the child being sent overseas.
