Minister Jearlean John Says No Cargo Disruption On MV Blue Wave Harmony
Minister of Works and Infrastructure Jearlean John says there are no issues with the plumbing on board the MV Blue Wave Harmony.
Speaking in Friday’s sitting of the House of Representatives, the Minister, responding to an Urgent Question, was asked about reports of a disruption of cargo transport services between Trinidad and Tobago as a result of plumbing issues aboard the vessel.
« There was no disruption of the cargo services from the Blue Wave Harmony**,** if the member is referring to Friday the 15th of May. »
When pressed on the issue, Minister John maintained her answer.
« Not to the best of my knowledge, no. »
