Parents Concerned About Slow Pace of Work at Manning's School | TVJ News
Frustration is boiling over at Manning’s School in Westmoreland, as parents and past students complain about the slow pace at which rehabilitation work is taking place following Hurricane Melissa.
With school set to reopen in a matter of six weeks, they fear the students will have nowhere to return to.
